not really back... but found out a close friend is gay.

ya i've been gone without sayin a word. just like the rest of them.
writing this blog is like trying to stay on a healthy diet. i just dont have enough willpower to continue.
it really saddens me to see some of the blogs i used to follow have to end. many have said their farewells. many have explained they lost the inspiration to continue.
me? i'm just fothermuckin lazy, to be honest. i really do have a lot to share but i just feel like nobody cares. so why bother? lol
but i really do hope to meet in person one if not all of my followers and/or the bloggers i follow.
if you guys are in toronto, i really wish there was some way to easily contact me. because the thing is i cant give you my phone number nor can i give you my primary email. and even if i do give you my secondary email i would rarely ever check it. i have already rarely check my primary email i could only imagine when you do send me an email to my secondary one. lol.

but good news. i MYSELF recently found out one of my friends is gay! even though he's been out to his other friends a year ago... ya i was self-informed and one of the last to know.
i found out when i saw a picture of him on msn kissing a dude.
i was like "why do you have a pic of u kissing a dude?"
and he was like "isnt obvious joey?"
"ur shitting me"
"ya i've been out since a year ago"
i was so frikin excited its not even funny! because for one he wasnt flaming gay so it never crossed my mind. two, he's my first actual gay FRIEND. yes, friend. not just some classmate. or some co-worker.
last night i had a chat with him. and it was one of the best chats ever, let me tell you. unexpected. mind-blowing. epic.

one step closer to being fully out. o and btw i let him read this blog eh? wonder what he'll think of it...

so i guess this is goodbye? no. the thing is i can still pop in anytime i want. so lets not compromise... and i dont even know how to use the word compromise because this is my first time to.
i might just pop in just for the hell of it. or i might pop in next time i fully come out. that way i can give away my real ID. and then we can meet up. and have a lil naughty rendezvous. jaykay.

why? because i have no internet connection at home.

first off, happy belated christmas and merry new year guys! i'll TRY my best to catch up on all y'alls blogs. fuck, i got a lot to catch up on.

I have now found an unlocked wifi connection at my apartment here. ftw

uhh o ya i got my laptop fixed. therefore i am now able to post up pictures on my blog. i couldnt do that on the iphone earlier.

i really wanted to meet up with maddy over the holidays but apparently i was too busy with work and church stuff. hopefully we can soontime!

I had quit starbucks to work at another coffee shop. because the new employer is planning to pay me more and give me more hours. i calculated everything and approximately it'll be a difference of about $250 a month if i were to transfer. LOL i know it may not seem much but why not.

random thought: last night i had a dream about a girl. but the weird thing is she didn't seem familiar. she was a hard category 1. like you know how if you dream about a crush it'd usually be somebody you know in real life? but this one i have no idea who. and then i woke up for a couple of hours. ate breakfast. went back to bed again at 11am. and i dreamed about her again! hmm...

i was waiting for the bus at the square one mall terminal and i saw this unusually cute guy. like he's real cute in the face but... he's just not my typical guy crush. i couldnt make out what race he was... like a cross of filipino and arab or something. and y'all know when i say cute i dont mean pretty boy. i dont even know why i liked this dude. but i seemed to. a lot. to the point where when i was sitting next to him my heart was beating out of my chest. this almost NEVER happens. last time this happened was with shrek.
picture this... he's kind of thuggish. pants low. front of shirt tucked in to expose his belt. wore one of those black-and-white checkered scarves. and he was constantly standing up to check out his own reflection in the glass window. oh and he wore a chained wallet... LIKE I DO! i know what you're thinking "o joey how very fashionable"
i decided to wear the chain wallet after losing my wallet for the 5728584th time.
dont know what it was about him but he drove me bananas.
sooooo.... i tried to start some kind of convo with him. and i noticed he also wore a chain wallet like me. bingo.
"dude, where'd you get the chain wallet"
and i also asked "so this is the gate we wait for bus number 26 right?"
just something. but he left soon after unfortunately. but from the corner of my eye he might have looked at me a couple of times too. could've been gay or bi. o foolish foolish hope. and he didnt even get on the same bus! that was the last i saw of him.

btw anybody know where craig's blog went to? i havent even got to catch up on his more recent posts. man i miss that dude. such a stud. smart, mature, witty, funny, athletic. a hard category 1. craig-o if you're reading this i miss ya buddy!

it seems i've noticed more good-looking females coming to starbucks than that of the good-looking guys... at least compared to my old café job.
my theory?... those who come to sbux are usually high-maintenanced men and women. i actually like those fancy-looking ladies. not so much the fancy-looking males. my old job on the other hand, served cheaper no-frill food and drinks that more attractive (my kind of attractive) blue-collared, naturally-good-looking, i-couldnt-care-less-about-how-i-look men come to. you see where i'm getting at?

so a lot of different people at work know i was supposed to go into fashion for school and they start to have their suspicions, which i dont blame. so this one lesbian girl at work asked me if i were GAY. i said no. and she was like "dammit". well you guys know i'm not. hohoho you sly you joey. its all about asking me the right QUESTIONS. and i told her that i'm probably one of the most gay-friendly straight guys she'll know. and she was like "oh ok well thats real nice to know! yay"

its another day at starbucks. and tonight i got the chance to work with both my crushes! and she had on a shirt. that showed her cleavage. i aint complainin. motorboat-able. and he was cute as always. ah yes we need names for them!

so apparently christie's taken. for sure. by some (brown?) dude named sunny. i deduced he was brown because sunny is usually a brown guy's name. o sorry to my american readers. BROWN is the coloUr which we canadians describe indians (india indian not mohawk indian). ya i kind of learned that when i fist moved to canada. now enough brown people in the states to have a color of their own there i guess. or is it just me?

so yesterday and today and tomorrow up until sunday... at starbucks we have this deal where you can get a free christmas drink if you buy one other christmas drink with it. but only between 2pm - 4pm. the number of cheap asses that want to take advantage of the deal is overwhelming. i could've sworn they used to say that the busier you are the faster time will fly. well it felt like forever today as you constantly look up at the clock wishing it would already be 4pm. lol i felt sorry for those who only came to buy ONE non-christmas drink and they gotta wait like 15 min to have it made as they stand in line behind the cheap asses i mentioned. honestly if i were a customer myself, one free drink would NOT be worth the wait. its a friggin oversized drink that--to me--tastes similar to any other overpriced drink at that store!

what's happened in the last 2 weeks?...

starbucks is slightly overwhelming at first considering the millions of different drinks (and modifiers) i have to memorize... FML.

i'm starting to like this girl at work. but i think she's taken. she's a good category 1. she's really nice. not like CUTE cute but personality definetely triumphs here. and her body makes up for her face too =P but she's a part-timer so i dont see her as often.

the guy crush? soooo today i was like randomly staring at him (because we're good enough buds to do this. imagine if the dude didnt like me...) and he was like "why are you staring at me?" and i was like "why not?" and we laughed it off. and then! just when he was about to start his shift he was askin if i could help him adjust his green apron because he's short and all and we once made fun of him how his apron like reached way below his knees. LOL dont worry it was all friendly jokes... aka "we laughed WITH him not AT him" situation thing. so i helped him and it was the most intimate moment i'll probably ever have with him LOL

ok to describe him in detail if you guys are wondering...
first off he's short. but not skinny though. he's kind of meaty. but not like muscular (like my shrek back at my old job... *daydreams...*) he's a year younger than me. if you saw him you probably wouldnt have thought he was was all that good-looking because i have bad taste in men anyways =P but i think he's cute.

OHHHH i forgot to tell you guys. so i found my SECOND iphone... the one my sister gave me but then i THOUGHT i lost it at my church retreat. but here's the dumbass part. i found it sticking out of the duffle bag i brought with me just as i was trying to find my lost WALLET! its a motherfucking disease i swear. how much shit have i lost this year? my wallet... my iphone... my wallet again... my travelling document to get back to canada. my dignity because i've lost so many things. the only thing i've gained is my embarassing reputation for losing shit like this.

so... i'm back.
2 months is it? well i miss u guys tons. but u prolly dont miss me hah!
i definetely have a lot to catch up on here.
a lot of shit happened. i'll just highlight the goodies in point form. i'll try to explain in detail in future posts when i'm not so lazy. i'll also try to catch up on u guys' post as best as i can... i wonder who's hooked up with a dude for the first time, who's come out for the first time, etc.
now where'd i leave off at again?...

- BARELY able to return to canada
- lost my iphone in a taxi in my country
- had sis give me her old iphone and eventually loat it too a few weeks later (burberry wallet dejavu)
- had trouble finding a job for about a month until i finally got one. at good ol starbucks
- is having mixed feelings as to whether or not i actually like this 5'-tall guy at sbux. o ya he's filipino again. but he's so cute though!

- i wore purple on october 20th.
- i decided to buy the iphone 4. (the reason i've been gone for so long is because i have no comp to use to write on my blog since BOTH of my last 2 oh-so-personal iphones were lost). now i am writing this post on my 3rd iphone. 3 time's a charm
- fortunately i am now slowly recovering financially from my one-month unemployment and my one-extra-month overstay in my country
- aaaaaandddd...... the broncos have been sucking. badly. so has the chargers. n the cowboys (which is actually good for me cuz i hate them). kansas city have been suckingly and suprisingly been good. so has oakland. n seattle (kinda). fuck. another yr out of the playoffs for the mile high city T_T
